Southeast Michigan. We are based at 44805 Utica Rd in Utica and work across the surrounding communities, on both residential properties and commercial sites.
Both, as separate divisions. Residential covers design and build, hardscape, planting, irrigation, drainage and lighting. Commercial covers construction and development site work plus scheduled grounds management and snow removal.
Yes. Munaco Landscape is fully licensed, bonded and insured. We are a Certified Green Industry Professional business and a member of the Michigan Nursery and Landscape Association and the Michigan Green Industry Association.
Yes, mainly on seasonal commercial contracts: plowing, salting and de-icing, sidewalk clearing and loader work. It is usually the same crews who maintain the property through the summer.
